Store Credit

Returns initiated within 15 days of receipts are eligible for store credits.

  • How will I receive my store credit?

You’ll receive a confirmation via email from us with your store credit number once the return is processed.

  • How long does it take to process my store credit?

Returns are typically processed within 7-15 business days after being received to our Head Office in Singapore.

  • Does store credit expire?

There’s no expiry to our store credit so take your time shopping with them

  • Do I have to pay for shipping for my new order/exchange item?

Yes, shipping will have to be paid on any new/exchange orders placed for size changes. Domestic orders over USD150.00 receive free courier shipping as well as international orders over USD350.00.
