Delivery Policy

Shipping

Our jewelries are all individually handcrafted by our inhouse artisans specially for you. As such, most pieces are made upon order and will be shipped within 2 to 4 weeks from the time orders are placed. We do, however, carry some popular items in stock and if your order happens to be one of those, shipping will be arranged within 5 days of your purchase.


Kindly note that multiple items ordered within the same purchase will be shipped out together. 


Should any pieces you purchased are not available due to the gemstones in question, we will inform you at the soonest possible and refund any payments made.


For orders within Singapore, all shipping will be complimentary. We do request that someone is there to sign for all deliveries, else the package will be returned and subsequent arrangements for delivery will be chargeable at SGD10.


For international shipping, we do via DHL, UPS and Fedex and delivery will be within 5 business days once order is in stock. Please note that for orders below SGD300, a shipping fee between SGD20-28, depending on continents and countries, will be charged.
