Returns initiated within 5 days of receiving them are eligible for a refund.
What if I’m past the 5 days refund policy?
Returns initiated after 5 days and within 15 days are eligible for store credit.
When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are typically processed within 7 business days after being received. Please note that refunds will be through the same way as you had paid.
Will my shipping be refunded?
We regret that we are unable to refund your original shipping charges, if applicable, unless the return was a result of our error.
Store Credit
Returns initiated within 15 days of receipts are eligible for store credits.
How will I receive my store credit?
You’ll receive a confirmation via email from us with your store credit number once the return is processed.
How long does it take to process my store credit?
Returns are typically processed within 7 business days after being received.
Does store credit expire?
There’s no expiry to our store credit so take your time shopping with them.
Please note that exchange items will be sent back to the shipping address associated with the order. If your shipping address has since changed, please reach out to us at admin@jadoregems.com for assistance.
Do I have to pay for shipping for my new order/exchange item?
Yes, shipping will have to be paid on any new/exchange orders. Domestic orders over SGD200.00 receive free courier shipping as well as international orders over SGD450.00.
