Return Policy

We stand behind every product that we sell. Every single piece is individually checked before it reaches your doorstep. Do bear in mind that all gemstones display tiny ‘birthmarks’ called inclusions, which occur naturally when they were formed deep within the earth. These inclusions act as nature’s fingerprint and give each gemstone its unique character. However, if you’re not 100% satisfied, we’re here to help! We try our best to make the return process as painless as possible. 


All products to be returned must be carefully repackaged in their original packaging and must be in an unworn and merchandisable condition. We will not exchange nor refund goods that are returned without their original packaging or show signs of wear. In this instance, the goods will be returned to the consumers at their own expense.


In the rare event that items are delivered faulty or in error, please contact us immediately at admin@jadoregems.com with a photo attached. In these instances, we will cover all costs of return.


It is the consumers’ responsibility to make sure that they have ordered an item in the correct size. If you are unsure of your size, please email us at admin@jadoregems.com . We will be happy to help out. Resizing is usually possible, subjected to a charge, shipping not inclusive.


  • How do I initiate a return?

    Please reach out to our Customer Service team for assistance at admin@jadoregems.com and we will advise you on how to proceed with the return. 

    Return items must be sent back within 5 days of notifying us.

    Do note that customized and sales items can’t be refunded unless it’s faulty or in error.


  • How will I know if you’ve received my return yet?

    You will receive an email confirmation from J’aDore Gems within 3 working days once your return item had been received and assessed.

    We recommend that you send the returned item(s) using a secure, trackable delivery service. Please note the tracking number of your return package and update us accordingly. We do not accept any responsibility for any items lost, stolen or damaged in transit.


  • I received a J’aDore Gems item as a gift. Can I exchange it for something else? 

    Yes! Please reach out to us at admin@jadoregems.com and we’ll be happy to help with the exchange process.


  • Does J’aDore Gems offer a warranty or repairs?

    As we don’t offer warranties, we will facilitate repairs within 3 months of purchase from our sales cart. Please note that return shipping will not be covered and will be on your own expense.


    For customized pieces, there’ll be a 6 months warranty. Please contact our Customer Service at admin@jadoregems.com for assistance.
